Feature Report Parse Error

I created a survey to do Tree Inspections for our Urban Forestry program designed to go into a Feature Report Template to print the inspection form. However, the Feature Report Template is giving me this error message: 

'Error: Failed to parse ${}.'

I checked the form for any blank or null fields and could not find any. Typically there would be a tag or area outlined that would show where the failure to Parse would be but this is a null set. Any help in how to locate the error to fix would be great!

Hi Lauren,

Did you find the problem here? I can't see any obvious problems with the feature report template syntax... It may be worth revisiting now on the recently released 3.10 website, as there have been some imrovements and changes to feature reports.
