Export to excel not working

When I  export my survey123 data to excel I get an error, what this can be?  the message below may  help  but I have no idea

Yes it occurs immediately after clicking on the export button (within 5-10 seconds).

Thanks for the information.

Since I cannot reproduce the issue by trying various surveys, it may relate to particular survey settings/data. If it occurs consistently, could you reach out to Esri Support Service or your local distributor to help us collect enough information for this issue?
