Hey everyone

its my first time using the survey123 desktop app and I am still figuring it out. I have published my survey and I get the following error when I am trying to submit the form.

  • [{"id":0,"addResults":[{"objectId":-1,"uniqueId":-1,"globalId":"{6B5E23C0-7A7F-4012-87F8-B9ADB2299A1F}","success":false,"error":{"code":1000,"description":"Incorrect syntax near '-'.\r\nMust declare the scalar variable \"@kjoretoy\".\r\nMust declare the scalar variable \"@_NewFeatureID_\"."}}]},{"id":1}]

any help is much appreciated!

Can you share the XLSForm?

This is a generic error indicating you have a syntax error.

It's possible that you have an invalid field name or some other survey design error resulting in the error.
