I am trying to generate a survey123 report from a hosted feature service and getting the following error "Error occurred when querying data from the feature layer. Error occurred when querying data from the feature layer. Pagination is not allowed unless ''supportsPagination'' is true.". I checked the rest URL of the feature layer and Pagination is set to true.
There isn't a fix. For us 10.8 users, we are out of luck until 10.8.1 gets released. Just tell your field crew to stop posting attachments to the s123 form, then you can at least generate the feat. report.
The problem is that the 3 July s123 website release started using the queryAttachments REST API query (if 10.8 is detected), and there is a bug in 10.8 that throws the supportsPagination error. That bug is supposedly fixed in 10.8.1.
So, if your on <10.8, then no issue because the older attachmentInfos query is used, as queryAttachments isnt supported on <10.8.
Are they documented this as a bug in 10.8?
The attachments are a critical elements to have in the workflow of our activity. So, let's see if it will fix in next release or at least suppose to fix it in the 10.8.
thanks Dan.
Hi ALL,
We are working on a workaround in Survey123 to bypass the issue in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8. This workaround should be available soon on our Beta website first, if it works well, it will be planned for the Production website later this week.
Please see https://community.esri.com/thread/256233-survey123-feature-report-anticipated-fix#comment-940052 for details.
Thank dan becker for the information.
As Zhifang Wang anticipated, a workaround in Survey123 to bypass the issue with ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8 has been made available in the Early Adopter Program. https://community.esri.com/thread/256233-survey123-feature-report-anticipated-fix#comment-940628

Hi Hussam Rabea,
Thanks for the feedback.
I saw there is a similar issue here https://community.esri.com/message/934689-an-error-while-generating-feature-report-portal-for-arcgis , if this is the same problem, maybe we can continue discussion there so any other user who has the same issue has more chance to see it.
Yes it is the same. will meet you there.
