Error 1019 when resubmitting survey

Hello,

We are working with a field crew who is currently submitting data to our survey. They submitted data, and then deleted the points via web app map while back at their computer because the locations were wrong. However, when they tried to resend the surveys, They could not resubmit and the  message recieved was: "This survey was not able to send due to Code 1019 error. The specified feature could not be updated or does not exist."

please advise

Hi Kathleen,

If a point is deleted, then attempts to edit the information via data stored in Survey123 will fail.  If the point exists in the Sent folder of Survey123, you should click on it's entry in that folder and choose to 'Copy the sent data into a new survey' to create an identical record.
