Currently there is an en enhancement request for issue with instance name using jr:choice-name with instance name:
ENH-000126922 Instance names should honor the labels in Inbox or Sent Surveys box of Survey123 for ArcGIS field app, instead of returning the name of the answers for select one and multiple.

Similar requests from other customers can then be attached to the same enhancement request, which helps us assess demand for the enhancement and prioritize it accordingly.
