When logging into survey123 I see the option to download surveys that have been shared with my account, I select to download the survey, it says that it downloads successfully, but the survey never shows up in the "My Surveys Section". I this happening on Survey123 for Windows10.
I am able to download surveys on an iOS device with same account just fine.
We had this same problem. There was a special character in the survey name. We took that out and users were able to download it fine.
