Default values not added to survey123 report

Hello,

I've created a Survey123 form and custom word document for the Feature Report Tool. I have some default values added to some of the answers (to save field staff from manually adding them in). The default values do not get passed into the report, but they show up in the attributes when the survey is submitted. Is there an expression that needs to be added to ensure the default value gets added to the report?

Hi Dillon,

Could you try to create a sample template from feature report and use it to see if the default value shows up with the sample template?

And if it's possible, could you share the custom template with us to identify the syntax further?
