It won't appear if the Inbox is disabled.
After you have disabled the Inbox in Survey123 Connect and republished the survey, the field staff will need to update their survey to get the changes (no more inbox)
If the inbox persists on their device, they might need to delete the survey and re-download it.

I'm sorry to say that this does not appear to be working.
In Connect, the Inbox is deactivated. The survey was republished and then updated in the mobile app. The "save to inbox" option is still present when sending the survey. I deleted the survey, downloaded it again and the option is still present.

What version of the survey123 field app are you using? on iOS or Android?
Is this occurring on all surveys devices?
I double-checked a few surveys and don't get this option at all. Collecting from new surveys or opening in inbox. Inbox disabled or not.

"Boîte de réception" = inbox (😇)
"Éléments envoyés" = something like "sent items"
"Enregistrer dans Boîte d'envoi" = "save to OUTBOX"

That's literally the opposite of what survey123 is designed to do.
You can make read only surveys I guess.
Or guide users on saving to the outbox.
But I can't see a reason why you'd want to collect data and not allow users to submit it.
To prevent the sending (by mistake) of the other items stored in the outbox
