I've requested a support ticket, but wanted to post here as well to help get some traction for a speedy fix.
When constructing a date filter on the Survey123 website the filter cannot be applied. The apply buttons are grayed out. Tested across multiple surveys, multiple date fields, and multiple AGOL subscriptions and the bug appears 100% of the time.

The fix of this issue is available for testing on BETA https://survey123beta.arcgis.com/. If possible please help us verify the fix. We will push the fix to PROD if the fix works for you.
