Dashboard survey web link dotes work

I have created a dashboard but the survey link doesn't work. What to do?  I want a live update as soon as the survey is completed.  also, I have 26,000 records is that also a problem? Can someone advice?

The number of records generally won't cause an issue linking to a survey. Would you be able to provide the link you are using to access the survey?
