Create Route in Survey123

is it possible to place the map at a distance of two points (Create Route) in Survey123 Connect, as arcgis online does?

Hello @SIG-EscutismoCNE, 

There is not an out of the box function in Survey123 for creating routes. You may be able to use a custom JavaScript function to pass the coordinates to a routing service and return the results. The key thing to keep in mind with this is JavaScript functions in Survey123 don't support Asynchronous calls so the API used will need to be able to support synchronous calls.
