We are building a survey 123 app for our 911 department.

They want us to set an expiration date on point or line data so the data will automatically change back when the status expires.

For example if a road is closed for maintenance, the color of the road segment could change from green to red, then when the event expires the road would change back to green automatically due to the expiration date.

Is this possible?

ArcGIS Workforce is a mobile app solution that uses the power of location to coordinate your field workforce.

Work in the field
Using the Workforce mobile app, mobile workers complete assignments in the field and sync updates they've made while working offline.

Depending on the app integrations set up by the project owner, you may see one or more of the following options when viewing the assignment details:

Open in Field Maps—Opens ArcGIS Field Maps
Collect at Assignment—Opens ArcGIS Collector
Explore at Assignment—Opens ArcGIS Explorer
Survey at Assignment—Opens ArcGIS Survey123

Hi Lorraine, check this link where the Workforce model is and the attribute duedatetime = The due date and time given to an assignment.

https://doc.arcgis.com/en/workforce/android-phone/help/deploy.htm

See the image, with the example:

Check the product in this link and follow the workflow:

https://www.arcgis.com/apps/workforce/

1) Login to the portal
2) Create the project
3) Configure the project (assinment type, dispatcher, field worker and integrate Survey)
4) Create assignments

Hi Reinaldo,

I read through the documentation that you sent me, but didn't see where I could create an end date for a status and have the data revert back to the original settings after the expiration date.
