Cannot edit submitted records in Survey123 in Web browser

Hi,


I made a Survey with Survey123 Connect and me and my colleagues have submitted some records on phone or tablet. When we want to edit the records in Survey123 in the web browser there is a problem with one field. This field is a required Select Multiple field that everyone filled in on their phone or tablet. When editing the record in the web browser this particular field is empty, and when we want to select a value in the row no values can be selected. Because this field is required we are unable to change other fields in the record.


I added this field on a later moment with Survey123 connect by updating the existing survey, maybe this has caused the problem.

Is there any solution to this problem?

In the picture below you can see a value in the ''Landschapselement(en)'' column but when editing it is empty and no record can be selected.

Was the survey created from the Standard or Advanced Template

When editing the record in the web browser this particular field is empty, and when we want to select a value in the row no values can be selected.

That is likely why it is empty. What is the source for that field? Is it an external select (e.g., select_one_from_file), or it is built into the survey (e.g., select_one)?
