Can you add more than one image to a choice?

Hiya,

I was wondering if it is possible to have more than one image accompanying my choices for a select one question (and if so, would this also work for a select multiple question too?).
I have seen other answers that suggest making multiple images into one, however I have done this but there are too many species of caddisfly larvae (for example) to fit into one image... 

Are my only options to cram everything into one picture or create another column to insert the extra images in a multiline text type question instead of select one?

My answer to this dilemma was add a dichotomous key hyper link.  Well done asking ESRI to acknowledge complexity in BMI sampling! This question expands to species ID across all taxa.
