Hi Esri Community,
I have published couple surveys using Survey 123 on the web, (not Survey 123 Connect). I have assigned an image for the background in both surveys, and the image was downloaded on my Content in arcgis.com. My issue is that my jpeg image that I've assigned for the background of these survey(s) show up fine in the Preview version, but they are not showing up that way when it's clicked on the survey links embedded in the hubsite (www.tnvistas.org) or on the Survey123 phone app. The image is sized to 640x480. Images are provided below. If someone could help me with this, I would appreciate it!
