I am working on a survey and I have a doubt about the "Distress" in "Appearance".
I do not know what I'm doing wrong..
I have a few questions that I would like people to put 1 to 10 on their perceptions about them.
I am putting the following (using XLSForm from Survey123):
Type: interger
name: P1 (P2, P3 and so on)
label: the question
appearance: distress
But, when I am doing it, the Survey123 application appears correctly. But after I publish the survey and see it on the internet, it appears in the form of typing the interger (not the distress bar). (???)
Can someone help me? I attach the printscreens I took.
