App for editing hosted Table (not feature service)?

I've created a stand-alone hosted Table in AGOL (i.e. just tabular data, no spatial components) and would like to allow users to add records to this table. 

Do any of the ESRI web apps (Geoforms, etc.) have this functionality for hosted Tables?  I belatedly remembered that Survey123 requires a Feature Service and so far as I can see won't work with just a Table.

Sorry Jay Johnson‌, Survey123 Connect does not support creating surveys on top of a feature service that just contains tables. Connect needs at least one layer in the service.  This would make a good Enhancement Request if you wish to report this officially through support.esri.com
