Answers duplicating for select_one questions in Survey123

Hi there,

I am using Survey123 connect. I have created multiple select_one question types and when viewing in the mobile app, the options are duplicated despite appearing once in the choices. 

Any help will be appreciated.

It would seem that you have each of the select questions referring to the same group of choices.

Can you share your file?

Is this survey created with the web app or Connect.

The only thing that stands out is the same label on lines 18 and 19 of the survey tab.  I inserted a 2 as shown

and only this label appeared in the app testing.  Not sure why, but I don't know enough about your survey.

When I test it, I see no duplicates for the selects.
