I need to add a website link to reference materials usually PDF field guides for the submitter that will open up in the browser on a tablet or phone. Is there a way to do this? Currently, I've just included invidual website questions for each link and set a predefined value so they can copy and paste it. And set a rule that when a particular question gets answered, these reference sites show up on the form to answer a related question. But really that's pretty clumsy. Is there a solution I'm unaware of. I'm using the AGOL based builder for the survey.
