Hello All,

Is there a way to add fields or answers to the post-submit screen?

For example, the survey calculates if the submitter passes or fails and I would like show that in the post submit screen.

Thanks

Eric

Hi @EricStarn3 ,

This is now available on the beta website https://survey123beta.arcgis.com, where you can define the thank you screen content in the XLSForm with dynamic labels  by using a note question named `generated_note_prompt_submitted`, please see the EAC documentation for more details: Define Survey Elements for the Web App in Survey123 Connect. Any feedback is appreciated.

This feature will be available in the mid-December update for the Survey123 web app.

Hi @MichaelBruening ,

Thanks for the update.

Related doc is available in https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/desktop/create-surveys/xlsformnotes.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_31E80EF0A3... please let us know if it does not provide enough information so we can improve it as needed.

Thanks for this information! Is there a way to include an image in the post-screen note. I put it in the media::image column but it isn't appearing (unlike in other notes I have created in the survey with images)
