A survey that i created uses the autopull function to fill in a number of other fields. Is there a way to set up an alert when one of the other fields has multiple values?

The trigger for the autopull is a barcode field. Once this field fills in, Address and Account # fields fill in automatically. Is there a way to see if one or more accounts are associated with an address by comparing account values to address values after the barcode field information submits?autopull‌

Can you please share a copy of your xlsx file so we can better understand your survey?

What sort of alerts are you referring to, an error or constraint message in the app? If so then yes this should be possible if you use an expression to check for the values. Otherwise if you are referring to email or sms alerts, then you can use webhooks.
