Update Annotation Tools in Web App to Match Field App

It would be great if the annotation tools available in the Survey123 Web App could be upgraded to have the same functionality as the annotation tools available in the Field App. 

The wide range of annotation options (labels, shapes, lines, etc.) in the field app are excellent and come in very handy when identifying features or issues over an image or map. The web app currently only supports freehand drawing, which greatly limits its functionality. This also introduces inconsistency in user experience and survey responses when the survey can be completed in either the web or field app.
