I don't think digitally signed containers are too much in use in the US (as much as I have heard) but it would be really great, if it would be possible to upload .bdoc and .asice files to Survey123. I have used it on SurveyMonkey platform, so maybe Esri can do the same? 

 

It would be a great hit in my area!

Can you provide more details on the file types you mention?  Survey123 is limited to the allowed file types; refer to the "Supported attachment formats" from this page in the ArcGIS Online documentation.
