Hi all. My idea suggestion regarding Survey123 Connect is the following. I encountered this situation while working on a survey a couple of weeks ago. I was working from home and my notebook had a small screen (13 inches). Due to this screen, Windows automatically scale my display at 150 %. And when I tried to create a new survey from a feature service, I didn't see the create button because of the scale of my display. At first, I thought it was some kind of bug and requested a ticket from our support team. But after they responded I realized this situation it's due to the way the application is built.
My suggestion is that maybe this issue can be addressed in one of the future updates. 🙂
