Sort offline basemaps

I am adding over 100 offline basemaps to a statewide survey that will be used by many inspectors. Inspectors will need to download the basemaps specific to their location. I have labeled the basemaps in a way that would allow inspectors to find their locations easily, but the Offline Map function does not list the basemaps in alphabetical order, nor is there an ability to search for basemaps. This functionality would simplify our inspection process and use of this application.

Wow, I can see where this would be an issue. I'm sending this post kudos because I can see this is a pain point.

I also have 100+ base maps for my users across the country to use.  Even having the maps show alphabetically, would be a huge help.  Currently they have to scroll through the whole list.
