Solve duplicate opening of drafts

It seems to be a good idea to block buttons after the first press until obtaining response, to avoid duplicate opening of drafts when you press twice on the draft that you want to edit (double click if we are using mouse).

When it happens, users can think there's happening a bug with their draf, because it seems not to be saving changes (there's a copy of the same draft open in second plane that doesn't show the edits of the last session, and it's showed when you close and save the other copy).

Thank you for submitting this idea! It's somewhat unclear which product you are submitting this idea for. Is this for the Survey123 for ArcGIS field application, or Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS? Could you include a screenshot of the screen or buttons you see this draft issue with?
