Instead of just compressing a sketch/drawing down into a jpg, which isn't editable, it would be great to use a SVG (and maybe also export as a jpg) and make it editable when a survey is reloaded for editing.
This is something we are currently working on and is in the product plan for a future release. Please keep an eye on the Early Adopter Community for updates on this new feature.
