"Search" text should persist into "download survey" box

Not sure if this is just me, but when I use this button, it is only when I am looking for a specific thing.

Would be nice if the text in the "search" field persisted into the "download" text field:

I wish that it would show results from online as well as currently on device. Similarly to how field maps handles searching.
