Good morning,

This may be similar to this idea: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-ideas/update-annotation-tools-in-web-app-to-match-fie...

Improving the annotation window in the web form would be a huge help for us. We are creating a lot of as built forms with measurements from mobile devices. Some find it hard to use their fingers to draw, and using the preview options on Survey123 Connect desktop makes for a great experience. You have the full suite of drawing capabilities just like the mobile app. If there would be a way for the web form to have that experience we could have several users using it. Or even allow Survey123 Connect to create submissions since it has that annotation feature down.

Thanks!

Great idea! We'd be able to adapt more users with that functionality.

Agree but just an idea - Rubber tip stylus can help a lot with drawing on tablets and tends to keep them much cleaner.  Those ones that are a pen on one side and rubber tip on the other are simple and work well.  The Samsung Active comes with a fancy stylus and can even work in the rain.  Apple makes one too but we just get the cheap rubber ones.

Hi Doug, was using one today in the snow. As with a lot of other things, I don't have too much issue getting pretty precise and adjusting the zoom levels to draw, but our field ops continually lose the pens/ have trouble with tech in general/older eyesight are the ones who may struggle.
