Gives the option to change the orientation of questions on a Survey123

On Survey123, the questions appear using portrait orientation (questions below questions),  would be great  to have a option  to create a survey where the questions appear using landscape orientation (questions side by side).

A side by side layout can be implemented through the use of grid layouts.  Please refer to the Survey123 documentation (Appearances, Group section) for more information.
