We have a web map where staff can look up projects they need to submit a work order for and on the pop up we used the custom URL scheme to pre-populate the Survey123 form. Unfortunately, the feature layer of the Survey form does not show where these Surveys were taken from on the projects layer I know it is possible to add fields for the X Y coordinates, but this would require us to keep at it since the projects layer is updated every month.
