I just spent the afternoon trying to push a project into production.
Not a single one of my field tests worked, including when I went to a very old stable copy of the xlsx that had been tested extensively.
All I got was a "Database error" when I tried to submit.
As it turns out, it looks like it's probably an issue with the two enterprise portals I was working in; I was able to get the most recent version to work just fine in AGOL.
It would have been really nice if there had been anything like a description of the exact error so I could move on and see if it's fixed tomorrow.
Please give us some sort of way to see the precise issues.
