Create an on/off switch appearance in Survey123

Survey123 forms currently lack an appearance tailored to items that can be switched on or off. I want to see a new appearance that looks like a switch. For example, here is a switch in iOS:

This UX control is useful for survey questions where the answer is always on/off, yes/no, or true/false. In Survey123, it should require a default be set, as the switch does not have a NULL setting. Survey123 could have its own switch design or use that of the OS.

I don't see that this has been implemented in Survey123, although it now exists in Field Maps Forms. A switch appearance for yes/no, etc. would be nice.
