We regularly request our field staff to switch between our Production environment to our Staging environment for training in new workflows. We use a combination of both Fieldmaps and Survey123. Having different sign-on experiences across these two apps is a source of huge frustration. Field staff require a lot of support to move between orgs within just one app and having to then do this again, via a different sign-on experience, causes lots of complaints.
Please can the sign-on experience between different Esri Apps be consistent?
Even just between Workforce, Field Maps and Survey123 it feels inconsistent. And honestly it's kind of a lot of steps for a log in process. Streamlining this on a device would be nice.
@RobertAnderson3 agreed. Finding where to switch accounts, then having to back out to actually sign out/sign in is not intuitive. Thanks for echoing our concerns.
