Users are pulling records into the inbox. We do not want them to update the location.
Setting the question to 'read-only' makes it so the question can't be opened. This makes it difficult for users to see the location on the map as they cannot pan/zoom. It would be good if they could open the location question and view the map, and then a back button (not update location).
