Add zoom support when opening media::image in survey123

I use media::images in questions such as note to convey information such as tips... or PDF documents & maps
In the example here, I use a jpg image that lists tips for the user to consider when making a declaration
This is what it looks like in the media folder from 123connect

When you open these images in survey123 apps.... YOU CANNOT ZOOM or PAN etc. I'm asking for esri to support zoom
