Add support for Arcade in Survey123

Please add support for Arcade in Survey123. 
Although pulldata and JavaScript can accomplish similar tasks, e.g. retrieving information from other services, performing spatial queries, etc. Arcade feels more like natural ArcGIS platform wide solution.

JavaScript is still valuable for many other use cases, e.g. retrieving data from non ArcGIS REST services, so would love to see Arcade as an additional capability.

Survey123 uses the XLS Form spec https://xlsform.org/en/  and is not built on the Esri stack.

Yeah, I could definitely use arcade to pull information from other layers and pre-populate things on the fly.
