Video content not showing for everyone

Hi all,

I have added a video into my story map and it is there and visble and plays.  Map is published and visible to all but on some devices the video is missing.

I have checked on phones and laptops and got colleagues to do the same and in the odd case the video is not visible - any ideas?

Who is the video hosted through and can you share the story map here?

Thanks - using the original video file rather than You Tube seems to have solved the problem and luckily the file is small enough.  This is our story map - hoe you find it interesting https://arcg.is/1jmfm1
