I've just gotten access to ArcGIS Story Maps after using the free Classic tool for some time. I'm teaching a university class and want very much to convert my students' classic story maps (done in groups) into ArcGIS maps. The Administrator at our University says that I should have the correct permissions to be able to download the converter tool, but I keep getting told that I don't have it. Has anyone else had this problem before? Who would be the best person to contact if the administrator here can't see why I'm getting denied access?
