Storymap text formatting help

Hello, 

I'm having to use storymap for a project and the lack of ability to format the text boxes is proving a real nightmare - is there anyway to change the sizes of the pop up boxes or to format the paragraph spacing in the inline text? I've spent hours trying to figure it out, because they seem like basic functions!

@Clairew -- Can you provide more detail, such as a screenshot, of the boxes you are referring to? Is it the map pop-ups? If so, are you using a web map (from ArcGIS) or an express map that you create inside the story builder?

As far as my painstaking hours of experiement have gone, I don't think any of the text boxes are properly formatable are they in terms of sizing and spacing? I will happily use whatever layout doesn't ruin the text, but it seems to be every one of them.
