I've added a web map into a sidecar section of a Story Map, and when editing the map within the sidecar, I can see the 50% transparency.  But once I click "Place Map" and view it in both edit mode and preview mode, the layer is fully opaque.  It is a Vector Tile Service.  Is this a known bug, and/or is there a fix?

Thanks

Hi Katie -- Sorry you are having an issue with your story. Unfortunately, this is a known issue and there's no workaround at this time other than to add your map somewhere that's not in a sidecar.

We will be addressing this issue in our next update in a few weeks.

Has this issue been resolved yet? Or is there a timeline? If it won't be resolved soon then I'll need to remake my story in an old template...
