Mixed Content in Story Maps

I can't add a web page from the National Weather Service to an American Red Cross story map.

Specifically, National Weather Service - NWS San Francisco/Monterey Bay Area 

NWS may be using mixed content, which I cannot control.

Any solutions?

Hi Sandra Hayden‌ -- Can you please try the service again and let me know if it's still not working? I'm not sure which service you are using, so I'm not sure what the specific issue is, but we made an update since you posted this message in how some content from 3rd party servers is proxied. If that was the issue, the service may now work in StoryMaps.

Unfortunately it still doesn't work.

I am using the Red Cross ArcGIS Enterprise portal.

I get "www.wrh.noaa.gov refused to connect."

Hi Sandra -- Sorry this is still not working. The best thing to do at this point is to contact Esri Technical Support and they can help you troubleshoot this specific issue.
