Is it possible to transfer ownership of Storymaps to another ArcGIS account outside your organization?

Hi, I have created a Storymap using the new templates and need to transfer the ownership to another account outside of my organization. Is this possible with the new format? If not, but will be at a later date, when do you think the release date will be for this? I believe you could do it with the classic storymaps.
