Images on map tour

I have created a map tour as part of my story map and have noticed that images on each  of my tour points seem to load as and when they want to. I have tried various formats of my images and once loaded and published some entries appear blank. They do load in once clicked but i would like them to be immediately there.

Hi Mark -- I'm sorry you are seeing some loading issues in your map tour. That's certainly not typical or expected. I would recommend checking to see if you can also observe this in a different browser, on a different network, or after clearing your browser cache.

Are you able to provide a public link to your story so we can take a look? If not, please contact Esri Technical Support and they will be able to help you troubleshoot further.
