I've spent hours trying to find a way to utilize a GeoTIFF with the swipe option. The file was initially a graphic of an old CAD file that I georeferenced. What method would be recommended to get this data into a format and loaded so that the storymap can consume it? I've tried the KML/KMZ, tile package, and various other methods. I somehow was able to load the data once, but it was distorted in the storymap.
I'm using ArcMap 10.8.2
