How do you add content below the sidecar feature in new storymaps?

Where is the tool to add text below the sidecar in new storymaps.

Hello Heidi -- There should be a  with a prompt below the sidecar, as shown below. If there isn't you may already have a blank text block there, so just click in this area and the  should appear or the cursor should be placed there so you can continue to type.
