Hello.
I teach a lot of ArcGIS StoryMaps (and until recently StoryMaps.com) workshops at my day job university and in the genealogy education community. I advise graduating students to create a free public ArcGIS Online account once they no longer have our university access to ArcGIS, and in my public genealogy workshops I recommend a free public account to try out Storymaps. I also advise them of the $100/year Personal Use subscription plan and that they can upgrade their free public account to a Personal Use subscription.
What happens if someone with a Personal Use subscription plan wants to downgrade their account to the free public account? Will the content they created and published with the Personal Use plan remain online and viewable after downgrading (or is it removed)? If that content remains online and accessible in their (now) free public account, will they be able to still go in and edit those StoryMaps later from their free public account?
I need to be able to help my students make informed decisions about their acounts.
Thank you.
