ArcGIS Story Maps - Images in guided tour no longer loading

I was in the process of creating a story map and after adding a map created in ArcGIS Online to the story, I noticed the majority of the images I added to the Sri Lanka guided tour section that I created have disappeared.

They show up blank with a 'broken image' icon in the top left of each slide and the words 'Slide Thumbnail'.

I've tried duplicating the story, signing in on another computer, clearing my cache history and so far nothing has worked.

Any idea on how to get the images to show up?

Hi there, is your storymap shared publically? If so, can you provide a link so that I can take a look at it?

What are the differences between the images that are not loading and the images that are? Where are they stored? How were they uploaded?
