When updating web maps that I have created exclusively for StoryMaps, any additional layers I add do not appear automatically in StoryMaps. Instead, they remain hidden, requiring me to manually make them visible each time. I understand that this is to prevent accidental updates in StoryMaps, but it would be beneficial to have a setting that allows for automatic updates in cases like these, where the web map is solely used in StoryMaps and should be easily updated.
